Chimney Hill Retreat w Amenity Center Fireplace

The house is comfortable and thoughtfully laid out; furnishings are clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, including the bunkbeds. The kitchen is well equipped, and the washer dryer works well. Instructions on how things work were clear. The neighborhood is extremely pleasant, quiet and walkable.

We were looking for three quiet days of break with our high-school son and Morgan's place was exactly what we were looking for. It was located in a very private spot inside a dense forest, but at the same time just a few minutes drive from shops, restaurants and activities. At first it looked a bit rustic compared to the pictures but it turned out to be very cozy and homy. We loved the big sofa and enjoyed reading and chatting there all mornings and evenings. The house was very well equipped (as described) and has everything we needed for a relaxing family break. I highly recommend.

Great location, easy to get to many fun activities. Great space for a family, my daughter and I took walks on the surrounding dirt roads. It rained during our stay but the outdoor pool looked amazing, hoping we’ll be able to try it out next time.

Great place in a private area. The house had plenty of space. The kitchen area and living room were spacious and comfortable. Great location 10-15 minutes from mount snow and there are plenty of restaurants near by too. The club house was great with the indoor pool and gym. And if you are bringing a dog the area was perfect for taking them for walks

Perfect house for a Mt Snow ski weekend! Great location, just 15 minutes from the mountain and close to Wilmington restaurants and downtown. The house is great, clean and cozy with extremely comfortable beds and bedding!

The house was very nice overall. Clean and clutter free. And would probably stay there again if we had a smaller group. We had a group of eight and there's only one full bath, which was a bit limited. The bedrooms are kinda on the small side, and one of them only has bunk beds. The place was very clean overall, which was nice. We picked this place because it had a fireplace, but it was propane gas, and it didn't work when we arrived. Had it been a very cold weekend the house may have gotten cold, since the instructions stated it is the main source of heating. The only really nagging thing, other than one full bath, was the outside grounds were very unkept. Built up wet leaves which caused a few of us to slip. Other than that, I would stay again. Very nice overall, especially if a smaller group.

We enjoyed Morgan's place so much we stayed twice in span of a month to ski. It is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from Mount Snow. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen is well-stocked and the home was very clean. We would certainly come back.

Beautiful house with everything you could need inside. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we weren’t able to figure out was the stove element in the living room. Wasn’t a huge deal as there were extra blankets available if we were cold. Overall had a great stay and would book again if we are traveling to the area!

We enjoyed the house and the community pool, hot tub, and arcade. We had a rainy weekend, but there was still lots to do. The lock battery died, so we had some issues getting in, but Morgan was responsive and we had the pool and arcade to hang out in while we waited. We'd definitely stay again - it was a lovely place.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! Morgan and Dan were very accommodating when our original place fell threw less than 24 hrs before we left for Vermont. They were there and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! Morgan and Dan were very responsive, and friendly where there to answer any questions and etc. Their is kid friendly! The accommodations were clean, quiet, and comfortable. It truly felt like home with the added benefits of a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools! We can’t wait to come back!
