Loved the location. A lot of great places to eat and shop not only in town but surrounding areas. The house was very Cozy exactly what we wanted.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a cozy place to enjoy the last few good days of weather, and this place was absolutely incredible. Perfect for a couple or very small family. Greg and Morgan were such great hosts, they were very attentive. The airbnb has a lot of basic supplies which was so helpful since I forgot a few things. Would 10/10 rent again. Also, don’t forget to sit outside and watch the stars :)

Had such a great stay at Morgan’s place. Worth noting for taller people to watch their heads going upstairs and it’s a little hard to find at night, but would definitely stay here again!

Cute cabin that was perfect for our family of 4 visiting old friends on Lake Raponda. Easy to find, comfy beds and nice that its close to hogback if you want to grab a pizza and not head into town for dinner.

Cozy and private cabin in the woods. We had a little trouble finding the cabin since we arrived after dark (GPS doesn't tell you the right way) but we made it! Cabin is perfect for a little getaway and so close to the surrounding towns. The only downfall I had was that the towels seemed to be rolled up while still damp so they smelled slightly musty. Otherwise, the cabin is laid out well, was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

My friend and I just came back from spending one week at the Pine's cabin. We loved the privacy of the place but still having an easy access to town. The cabin itself is lovely, with a nordic vibe to it which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. We didn't mind at all the lack of a tv set, as we brought books. We enjoyed the nice size balcony for our morning coffee or our evening glass of wine. The cabin is at a short distance of hiking trails and lakes where we went kayaking. It was for us a perfect mixture of relaxation in this adorable cabin and outdoor activities. We really recommend this place for nature lovers or somebody who just want a peaceful retreat for a few days.

A nice comfortable place. Very clean. A few things I would suggest would be sugar for the coffee and instructions on the air conditioner. It was very clean and cozy! Tiny but had everything we needed. A fire pit outside would have been extra special

My husband and I had a great stay at Morgan’s tiny cabin! The home was very clean and looked just like the photos. Morgan was very responsive and even sent over a list of local restaurants and activities he recommended which did not disappoint! Already looking forward to planning our next trip back.

Host extremely communicative, and a very beautiful and remote spot. Perfect distance from town so it feels more private while close enough for convenience sake. Maps doesn't have the exact address, so an accurate description of where the property actually is would be a benefit to include. Thank you Morgan for a the help on a great vacation.

We spent the last few days of our Vermont trip at Morgan’s cabin. Although the rainy weather wasn’t the most ideal, being able to unplug a bit with such a beautiful view made up for that! With just a five minute drive into the town of Wilmington it was a short trip to get dinner or stop in their local markets for anything we needed! There are also plenty of hiking spots near by along with a couple of ski resorts within an hour drive. So you have your choice of nearby winter activities. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of three and we loved playing the games that Morgan had available to us! We will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip to the area!

Our stay was, overall, exactly what we hoped for. Two friends on a girls weekend trip, looking for relaxation and comfort. The cabin is absolutely cozy, well thought out and in the perfect location. We do have a few suggestions that others may find incredibly helpful…instructions on how to lock the front door with the keypad, bath mats and wash cloths, most definitely fireplace tools for the wood burning stove (gloves, poker, shovel, etc this was a real issue), a cover for the outside wood, more than one kitchen dish towel and a safety bar for the sliding glass door out to the deck. These are not complaints, just practical suggestions. We LOVED our stay in this little cabin and would definitely book again in the future. Lovely place especially with the 8” of unexpected snow that fell while we were there!!!

Very peaceful weekend with my husband and our two boys (ages 4 & 2). The cabin offered a nice amount of space for us and the surrounding wooded area was lovely to enjoy from the large windows/doors.

We enjoyed staying in the Tiny house. It was very nice and clean and very peaceful. The entire process with Morgan was easy-going. It is a 20 min ride to get to Mount Snow but the drive was smooth and we had a great time.

Lovely little spot. Scenic view out the glass doors of the pine forest and a beautiful nearby stream. A 25 minute drive from Brattleboro through winding roads and scenic viewpoints. Closer to the highway than expected so trucks can be audible. Wood storage is inadequately covered from the elements so wood can be wet if there's been recent rain. Morgan was responsive and helpful.

Beautiful, relaxing, and cozy weekend trip to this incredible tiny cabin. Was very clean and nicely designed. Also, close to downtown Wilmington while being tucked away in the woods. Morgan and Greg were very responsive and made sure the trip/stay went smoothly. Can't wait to go back!

First time tiny house/cabin experience. Cabin is brand new with all new appliances and feels strong and very well built. Scandinavian design with gigantic windows brings the outside up close. Thoughtful interior decor, furniture selection and placement creates a cozy, minimalistic and inviting feel. Kitchen functioned perfectly with exactly the supplies we needed. There is a separate thermostat in each room which is very convenient. I slept on the bottom bunk in the first floor bedroom which was comfortable and functional. Wood burning stove warmed the created a cozy glow. We brought a complement of electronic devices, headsets and a bluetooth speaker. WiFi worked great, we didn’t miss having a TV and preferred using our own devices to entertain us. Not sure if this tiny cabin experience is like other tiny house experiences, we might have to try a few more since we loved this so much!

We had a lovely getaway at the Pines Cabin for my husband’s birthday and could barely get ourselves to leave! The cabin was so pristine and beautifully decorated. It was cozy yet modern and sophisticated. It felt SO large inside - the pictures don’t do the space justice! Nights were warm & cozy by the wood stove, and perfectly quiet and private for our retreat. We can’t wait to come back - what a perfect find!??

Super cozy, relaxing cabin. Perfectly located. Close by visit to local breweries, mount snow and Brattleboro. Also about 30 minute drive to mass or an hour to Manchester outlets. My favorite thing and why we rented the unit was for the woodstove which was great and warmed up the place nicely. I gave the three stars because the queen bed was very firm and not comfortable and I woke up three mornings with pretty sore back and I hate to give the low rating but I really didn’t enjoy the stay because of the lack of sleep with bed issue. Also, I didn’t fully read the details of the place and missed that there is no TV and that was a total bummer but that was on me for not fully reading all of the listing details. I guess I was needing to unplug and do more reading. But those were more personal issues for me but if you like a firm bed, it’s a really nice place and worth the stay if that’s something you’re OK with.

Hey Mario, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the memory foam mattress in the bedroom. That style of mattress is pretty popular these days but again I appreciate the honest feedback. Hope to host you again in the future!
