Cancelation Policy: To receive a full refund, renter must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If renter cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the renter will be refunded 50% for all nights. If renter cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, renter will be refunded 50% for all nights. If guest cancels after that period, no refund will be received.

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. 

- Primary renter will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement. 

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions. 

 -Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss. 

 -We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans. 

 -Damage waiver- The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
